  1. Return period
    You can apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Orders over 30 days will not be accepted for return unless there is a product quality problem.

  1. Return conditions
    The goods must be kept unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and the original packaging, labels and all accessories must be retained.

If the goods have been obviously used or incomplete, returns may not be accepted or corresponding depreciation fees will be charged.

  1. Non-returnable situations
    Return or exchange is not supported in the following situations:

Exceeding the return period;

The goods have been used or affect secondary sales;

Quality problems caused by abnormal use or man-made damage;

Special clearance products (if otherwise specified).

  1. Return shipping costs
    If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike or inappropriate size), the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the original payment within 5-7 working days (excluding shipping and taxes, if applicable).

  1. Exchange policy
    If you need to exchange the goods (such as color or size), please apply for a return first, and then place a new order to purchase the required goods to ensure that the inventory is reserved in time.
  2. Special instructions
    We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning the goods, and keep the logistics order number properly to prevent the package from being lost.

If the package is lost during the return, we will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges.
